ME AND MY FAVORITE SPORT



I sometimes going to competitions.Usually I doing my favorite track and field event: TRIPLE JUMP.





Rarely I did throwing.
In my club there are many children and some adults, it's divide in 2 groups for childs and adults, all the childres think that is a game, but when they grow , they have just realised that they can make big things, thanks to the trainner that make it easy, funny and entertaining...
In my traning always I do every thing for develop all the muscles. Hardy ever I hurt, but sometimes it can be very hard.
One time I turn my ankle and this was very hard. It last more than 2 months and then the reavilitation... 
It was in Seville at winter when I was training triple jump.
But there aremany good news sometimes. I participed in one spain competition for clubes I was 3rd in Nerja, and some competitons in Andalucia... 
Always this sport is good for meet a lot of people, when you are overwhelmed, you go to training and then you are new. I is very funny.

THROWING

THERE ARE 4 TYPES OF THROWING:

SHOT PUT: Is a track and field event involving "putting" (throwing in a pushing motion) a heavy metal ball.



DISCUS TROW: Is an event in track and field athletics competition, in which an athlete throws a heavy disc.


JABALIN THROW:  Is a track and field athletics throwing event where the object to be thrown is the javelin, a spear approximately 2.5 metres in length.


HAMMER THROW:  Is an athletic throwing event where the object is to throw a heavy metal ball attached to a wire and handle.

JUMPS

THERE ARE 4 TYPES OF JUMPS:
LONG JUMP: is a track and field event in which athletes combine speed, strength, and agility in an attempt to leap as far as possible from a take off point. 





TRIPLE JUMP:  is a track and field sport, similar to the long jump, but involving a “hop, bound and jump” routine, whereby the competitor runs down the track and performs a hop, a bound and then a jump into the sand pit.


HIGH JUMP:  is a track and field athletics event in which competitors must jump over a horizontal bar placed at measured heights without the aid of certain devices in its modern most practiced format; auxiliary weights and mounds have been used for assistance; rules have changed over the years.


POLE VAULT: is a track and field event in which a person uses a long, flexible pole, as an aid to leap over a bar. 


RUN

 There are many types of races.
- Sprints: Races over short distances, or sprints, are among the oldest running competitions.

Middle distance: This middle distance length is rather uncommon, and is mainly run by sprinters wishing to test their endurances at a longer distance.

MIDDLE DISTANCE RACE

800 m.

1500 m.

3000 m.

Long distance: require runners to balance their energy. These types of races are predominantly aerobic in nature and at the highest level, exceptional levels of aerobic endurance is required more than anything else.
